Connect Physique to your AI assistant

Server URL

Use this address wherever your assistant asks for an MCP server URL (transport: Streamable HTTP).

You need an existing Physique account. Sign in to the iOS app once first.

Claude (web, desktop, mobile)

1. Open Claude, then Settings, then Connectors.
2. Choose Add custom connector.
3. Name it Physique, paste the server URL above, and add it.
4. Finish the Apple or Google sign-in and choose Allow.

Menu names vary by plan. Try “List my latest entries” or “Log weight 82.4 kg”.

Claude Code

Then run /mcp inside Claude Code, pick physique, and finish the sign-in in your browser.

ChatGPT and Codex

1. Turn on developer mode for connectors in your ChatGPT settings.
2. Create a custom connector with the server URL above and choose OAuth.
3. Finish the sign-in and choose Allow.

Depending on your OpenAI plan, write actions may be unavailable. Reading usually works once connectors are enabled.

Clients that only speak stdio

Bridge the remote server with mcp-remote and use this command in the client’s local MCP config:

Command line

Use the physique CLI to read and log measurements from a terminal or a script. It signs in through your browser, with the same account and the same permissions.

npm install -g physique-cli

Then run physique login and physique entries list. Add --json for machine-readable output. Requires Node.js 20 or newer.

Your data and your control

Your measurements are shared only with the assistant you authorize, and only the permissions you approve. You can revoke any assistant at any time. Access also ends if you delete your account. This needs an existing Physique account.
